To my Church Family and Friends
Based on the current state of COVID-19 in our community and the potential increase of infection as people head back into the community, we will continue with our present Livestream Services for the month of July.  We will keep you posted on our re-opening plan as we get closer to reopening.  We encourage you to continue to practice social distancing, wearing masks and washing your hands to remain safe.
Livestreaming Of Service: Our service will be livestreamed at 10:30AM on Sundays. Watch the service on your phone, computer, Ipad or Tablet by going to our website and click on “Watch Live”
Bible Studies will no longer be in-person gatherings, but will be held each Wednesday by videoconference using Zoom Video Conferencing. The meeting access code will be provided to you prior to each meeting. The Afternoon Bible Study teleconference will begin at 11:00am. The Evening Bible Study teleconference will begin at 7:00pm. All Church Ministry Meetings are to be held by video or teleconference.
PRAY: Ask God to pour out his peace and his healing upon those in our local and global community who are being affected by this virus. Every Thursday, at 7:00pm we will have a special time of corporate prayer to ask for God’s Intervention in our lives.  Please join us for our special time of prayer by using our Zoom Video Conferencing. The meeting access code will be provided to you prior to each prayer time.
STAY TUNED: There will be additional communication forthcoming including plans for future church services and gatherings. Check your email regularly. Visit, as well as all SBCOD social media channels.
SHARE THIS MESSAGE: There are congregants who may not have email or social media. Please think of those within your networks and keep them updated on what is happening at SBCOD during this time. Also, please remember to check on “your neighbor” to see if they are in need.
REMEMBER… “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble at its swelling.”—Psalm 46:1–3
